You can only have one phone per contract, but you can also have additional hardware such as smart watch, tablet, headphones added to the contract pending a credit check.

If you have changed your mind and the product is unopened then you are able to return it to us within 14 days of purchasing.

Your first bill consists of two parts:

Rental and usage from the start of your contract to the end of that month.
Rental for the full following month.

For example:

If your contract starts on 15th March, your first bill will cover:

Rental and usage from 15th to 31st March.
Rental for the entire month of April.

Our Unlimited plans are designed for consumer customer use only and are not intended for commercial use. Should your usage exceed 700GB a month, we reserve the right to apply traffic management policies to deprioritise your mobile data or to move you to a non-consumer business plan. Unlimited plans are designed for use solely in a personal mobile phone. If we detect that the Unlimited plan has been inserted into a router, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service.

Pay Monthly mobile prices may increase annually in July, in line with the latest Retail Price Index (RPI) figure published by the States of Guernsey. Handset prices do not.
