Installation
Installing fibre broadband needs a Sure engineer to visit your home to talk through the best options for the equipment you need. If you'd like your equipment in a specific room, this may cost extra* if more cabling is required. If you are renting, please make sure you have the homeowner's permission before your installation.
Orders are completed by email after an engineer visit. Please read these confirmation emails carefully, and remember they may go into your junk or spam folder.

Sure’s is the only Channel Islands network capable of 2Gbps average speeds. Other Channel Islands operator’s networks cannot achieve average speeds above 950Mbps.

To achieve speeds of 1001 Mbps (1Gbps) or higher you will need to use our Premium router which is capable of supporting speeds up to 2.5Gbps.

There is no connection charge to switch to fibre broadband. Your monthly charge depends on which Sure Fibre Broadband and Router you choose.

*Charges for non-standard installation are £32.50 per half hour, plus cost of materials, which will be defined at the time of survey by our engineer and communicated to you.
