Pay monthly mobile plans
Unlimited plans give you unbeatable value, including roaming, from just £26 per month. With our new Basic Sharer, you can share unlimited local minutes and texts with a family member for only £12.50 a month.
Our Unlimited Plans are designed for consumer customer use only and are not intended for commercial use. Should your usage exceed 700GB a month, we reserve the right to apply traffic management policies to deprioritise your mobile data or to move you to a non-consumer business plan. Unlimited Plans are designed for use solely in a personal mobile phone. If we detect that the Unlimited Plan has been inserted into a router, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service. Please note, prices increase annually in July, in line with the Q1 RPI figure published by the Government of Jersey.

Yes – the Sure Basic Sharer plan has no data included, and lets you share the minutes and texts from your Unlimited Standard or Max plan. Ask in-store for details.
If you wish to cancel a service at any point, we recommend confirming with us whether the service is still under contract. If it is, you will need to cover any remaining rental charges for the duration of your minimum term, along with any outstanding device charges.
After reaching the contract end date, your service will remain uninterrupted. You then have the choice to renew with a new handset, transition to a Pay as you go plan, or continue with a rolling monthly contract.
Switching to Sure is simple, we’ll take care of everything. You can transfer from another local provider and keep your current number. However, keeping a UK network number is not possible.
Yes, in order to get a Sharer plan you will need a pay monthly unlimited, standard or max plan. Once you have a plan you can then Share your unlimited data, calls, texts and roaming with your loved ones for just an extra £19 a person per month.
Your first bill consists of two parts:
Rental and usage from the start of your contract to the end of that month.
Rental for the full following month.
For example:
If your contract starts on 15th March, your first bill will cover:
Rental and usage from 15th to 31st March.
Rental for the entire month of April.
