Having great WiFi really does matter. Whatever you use it for, if your WiFi is playing up, our Home Tech Team can help.  They’ll visit your home, identify those tricky WiFi spots and offer personalised advice on how to optimise performance.

What's involved?

For £45 you'll get a half an hour home visit where the team will map out WiFi performance using specialist tools and equipment. They'll discuss what they find along with any recommendations to agree next steps with you.

Moving House? 

If you are moving you can take your existing broadband contract with you. Please let us know at least 15 days before your move date by filling out this online form.

There is a moving home fee of £62.60 plus £86 if a new line needs to be installed by an engineer.
