Booking an in-store appointment is easy

Use our online appointment system to book a time to suit you. Go to the appointment page, select the date and time that works for you, fill in your details and select Book appointment.

The more information you provide, the better prepared we'll be to help you. Please arrive at the store 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Make the most of your appointment

A 45 min appointment is for sales only and is ideal for new customers wishing to purchase services with Sure. Please provide us with the reason for your visit so we know how best to help you. If you are a new customer, please make sure you bring the following with you:

  • ID – passport, driving license or national ID
  • Proof of address – utility bill no older than 3 months
  • Bank account details
  • If you’re moving your mobile number to Sure you MUST bring your most recent mobile phone bill for us to start the porting process

Please note, the following will not be handled as appointments or in store:

  • Logging a query or fault
  • Pay a bill
