We're beginning a transformational era for Guernsey's connectivity, building a world-class 5G network with faster speeds and greater coverage. As an Airtel customer, you're now part of this exciting future. These pages contain everything you need to know.

All Airtel accounts have been moved to Sure systems. There's nothing you need to do. Your mobile, broadband, and landline will continue to work as normal. If you have any trouble connecting to the Airtel network, please restart your phone.

What's changing?

Your services are now provided by Sure.

Your network, service and support will remain the same. As we move your account into our systems, the main change is that you'll begin to receive your monthly bills from us instead of Airtel.

You'll soon receive an invitation to manage your account with MySure, our simple online portal and app. Once your service is moved to Sure's systems, you'll be able to use MySure to manage your account anytime, anywhere. At that point, the My Airtel website and app will no longer work.

Here's what to expect:

  • Your network and service stay the same. We've made some small updates to plan names to make things clearer on your bill: please see Plan name updates for details.
  • Local support from the same team – now in the Sure store
  • A fresh look to your bill and account tools
  • You'll manage your account in MySure, our online portal/app
  • Direct Debit? Payments will be taken by Sure instead of Airtel

Will my service change?

Pay monthly mobile

Your existing plan and pricing will stay the same. We've updated some plan names to make them easier to recognise on your bill, but there's no change to what's included. Billing and account tools are moving to MySure and we'll be in touch ahead of this change.

Pay As You Go mobile

We're making some updates to Pay As You Go as we welcome Airtel customers to Sure. You'll still be able to buy the popular £2.50 and £14.99 Airtel bundles, with minor adjustments. Airtel top-up rewards will be replaced with Sure Rewards.

Broadband and landline

You can continue to enjoy your broadband service with no immediate change; we'll be in touch as and when changes occur. Your landline number will stay the same.

Pay As You Go mobile broadband

If you have previously purchased a mobile broadband Pay As You Go tariff from Airtel, we will move you to Sure Pay As You Go Rewards. If Sure Pay As You Go Rewards don't meet your needs, please contact us on 01481 700 700 and we'll be happy to help.

If you currently use a number starting with 01 to top up your mobile broadband, you'll need a replacement number beginning with 07 to continue topping up your service. We will send you an SMS to confirm your new number after your service has been migrated to Sure – if you are unable to access this text please contact us on the number above.

Changes to billing

As we move you onto Sure's systems, there will be some changes to how and when you receive your bill, and how it looks.

To make this easy, we've brought everything you need to know about your bill and billing dates into one place, and will soon send you an invitation to manage your bills online via MySure.
