Mobile Pay As You Go by Sure
Looking for a flexible way to use your mobile? With Pay As You Go, there’s no monthly fee and you won’t need to sign any contract. It comes in two different flavours, Rewards and Classic. To get started, pick up a SIM card from the Sure shop or one of many other locations around the island.
With Rewards, the more you top up, the more you get and the longer your credit will last.
If you are not using the MySure App to top up, calls and text allowances and validity remain the same, the data allowance will be 5GB for £5, 10GB for £10 and 20 GB for £20 top ups.
Your minutes, texts and data can be used to call and text any local mobile when you're on the Sure network. Here's what it will cost for other calls or when your rewards have run out.
**Minutes are to local mobiles.
Save on calls to Poland, Latvia and Portugal
Whether you choose Classic or Rewards, you’ll also get great rates to call these popular destinations. It’s just 6p per minute to call mobiles or landlines (plus a 16p connection charge).
If you are an existing PAYG customer and would like to change your PAYG plan you can do this by text. If you want to switch to Classic plan, text 8888 with "Classic". Or if you want to switch to the Rewards plan, just text "Rewards" to 8888.

*** Mobile coverage: 99.5% coverage figure is based on outdoor locations of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Source data is a computer-generated prediction obtained from Atoll, Sure’s network planning tool, as of 3 May 2017. In addition, Sure mobile engineers have undertaken drive testing in built up locations to validate the Atoll results. Coverage and speed may be affected by factors such as building materials, tree cover, other physical objects and weather conditions as well as how many other people are using the network. These results are a guide and not a guarantee of service. To access 4G speeds, you will need a 4G compatible device.
