Sure by Beyon's Pay Monthly plans provide voice calls, text messaging, and internet access within the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and when travelling around the world.

Our Unlimited Plans are designed for consumer customer use only and are not intended for commercial use. Should your usage exceed 700GB a month, we reserve the right to apply traffic management policies to deprioritise your mobile data or to move you to a non-consumer business plan. Unlimited Plans are designed for use solely in a personal mobile phone. If we detect that the Unlimited Plan has been inserted into a router, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service. Please note, prices increase annually in July, in line with the Q1 RPI figure published by the Government of Jersey.
Key Terms
- Contracts are available for 1, 12, 24, or 36 months. After the initial term, the agreement automatically renews unless terminated.

Charges
Monthly rental charges are paid in advance, while usage charges are billed monthly in arrears.
If you choose a plan with a data limit, you can purchase additional data when needed at the Boosters page.
Where not included in your plan, or if you have already used your allowances, the following charges will apply:

* Excludes premium rate / short code SMS. A message is up to 160 characters long. If an SMS exceeds 160 characters it will be charged in multiples of the per message charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Calls to premium rate service numbers (including but not limited to 08 excluding 080, 118 and 09) are made up of an access charge and a service charge. Sure can only provide you with information on the cost of the access charge. To check the price of the service charge, please contact the provider of that number. The charge on your bill is the total of access and service charges and can range from a few pence to several pounds.

Please note that calls & texts to short codes for TV competitions and voting lines are not supported by Sure, always use the long number and call or text to enter or register your vote. 09 numbers may provide services that are inappropriate for under 18’s. Always ask the bill payer's permission before calling.

Roaming Charges
Many of our plans include roaming benefits as shown at the top of this page. If you would like to increase your roaming benefits, boosters are available to purchase on sure.com and by calling 01481 700700.
If applicable roaming is not included with your plan, roaming charges apply when you call, text, or use data outside the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Roaming spend limits are set at £50 for calls and texts, and £50 for data. These limits can be adjusted upon request.
