Broadband speeds

The speed of broadband that is available depends on the length of the telephone line from the exchange or street cabinet to your property. The closer you are, the higher the speed you can get. Basic Unlimited Broadband is available on all lines. As Sure continues to invest in its fibre network we are shortening line lengths, meaning more and more properties have access to Superfast and Ultrafast Broadband, so if you can't get faster speeds just yet, look out for leaflets delivered to your home when it's in your area.

When we say our broadband is unlimited, we mean it. Surf, stream or download as much as you like, whenever you like, you won’t pay a penny more. NB: New customers are required to purchase the Home Phone product with a new Broadband service.
