Heading up the Home Visit service are Sure Community Support Officers, Pixi Evans and Vickie Edwin-Reed

Whether you’d like to find out more about fibre, you’re looking to switch your broadband or increase your speeds, update your mobile contract or you just want to explore options to best suit your lifestyle, Pixi and Vickie are here to help. 

The service is available for anyone who is unable to attend our Douglas shop or would simply prefer a consultation at home.

Mike Fawkner-Corbett, our Head of Consumer at Sure, said: “The Home Visit team is about helping our community stay connected to what matters. We recognise it’s not always practical or possible to get to the Strand Street store when an issue with your home tech arises. We can now offer the same level of service customers receive in store, in their homes.”

Community Support Officer, Pixi Evans said: “It’s important that everyone in the community feels heard when it comes to our products and services, no matter their location, situation, or busy schedule. I’m able to offer a bespoke, no-obligation consultation; whatever the issue, we’re here to help.”
