Our Sure Home Visit Service is here to make life easier. If getting to our shop isn't possible, our friendly team will bring in-store support directly to you.
We visit private homes, assisted living, care homes, and organisations supporting people in the community, providing advice and guidance on Sure services wherever it's needed.
The service is free and available to anyone who can't get to our shop. If you or someone you know would like support, please get in touch – we're happy to help.
Our Community Officer, Pixi, can help with a wide range of Sure services, including:
- Account reviews and advice – Understand your mobile and broadband plans, check for charges, and get guidance on the best options.
- Contract support – Set up new contracts, switch from copper to fibre broadband, upgrade services, or renew existing mobile and fibre plans.
- Device sales and setup – Bring the latest devices to you and help get them started, including transferring data from your old device.
- House moves – Assist with changing over services and preparing new connections when moving.
