Between now and 2029, more than 28,000 copper phone and broadband lines in the Isle of Man will be retired.

At Sure, we're committed to migrating you, our residential and business customers, to the new digital fibre network as smoothly as possible – bringing faster and more stable connections and avoiding interruptions in service.

Do you need more time?

You may not be able to move to fibre broadband straight away. For example, you may have devices or equipment that rely on your current service, or need to have engineering works done before fibre can be installed.

If this is the case, please do tell us. You won't be disconnected from the copper network  – and we'll make sure your new fibre service properly meets your needs.
