We’ll sort out your phone settings and even swap your contacts from the old one – so you’re ready to go.

Keep your number

You can keep your number when you switch to us (including the 07624 pre-fix). We'll even contact your current provider and do the rest for you.

Looking for a new mobile phone and plan, or to upgrade your broadband at home to our Unlimited Broadband? You can find all the information about our services here online or visit us in store.

Place your order

Once you've chosen your Sure service you can either place your order through our online store or you can visit us at your local store where a member of our friendly sales team will be happy to help.

We'll do the rest

Whether you buy online or in store, just bring us your photo ID, banking details and a recent utility bill and we will take care of the rest**. You can even keep your existing number. It's that simple.

**If you plan to switch to Sure Broadband, but keep your MT landline, you will need to provide Sure with the MAC code that MT sends you so that we can complete the switch.
