Sure were delighted to provide a donation to Crossroads Holiday Scheme Project which supports children with complex care needs and disabilities. The funding will go towards the purchase of sensory toys and equipment which have many benefits for children with care needs including helping them develop their skills. The children will be able to enjoy these when they attend the unit over the school holidays where the sessions run and in turn this also gives their families and carers some respite.
Crossroads is an Isle of Man charity that has been providing services to local carers for over 30 years and offers support to carers and people with care needs no matter their disability, age, or illness.
