From Monday 1st February Sure will be re-opening our shop
It’s important you can shop safely, so we’ve been busy making sure we have social distancing measures in place to keep you and our team safe.
When shopping in store, we urge you to follow the Government’s social distancing guidelines and to shop responsibly.

Alternatively, call our sales hotline Monday to Saturday 9:00am – 17:00 on 01624 692230 where our sales team will be happy to help you with:
- purchasing a mobile
- purchasing mobile broadband
- purchasing the Big Bundle offer
- re-signing your contract
- SIM card changes
- lost SIM cards
If you need to do one of the following don’t forget they can all be done simply on MySure, via our free MySure app
- Log a query or fault ticket
- Pay your bill
- Top up your PAYG credit
