From Monday 11th May our new opening arrangements will be as follows:

  • By Phone to Call Centre:  Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
  • By phone to Sales Hotline: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm to purchase a new mobile phone, mobile broadband or to re-sign your contract
  • Website: webchat at will be open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 8pm and on Friday from 8:30am to 8pm. 
  • MySure: Register for MySure and log a query or fault ticket, pay your bill or top up with PAYG credit at any time. Or, download the MySure app for free to manage your account from your phone.
  • Other: Contact us via email or Facebook at any time and our staff will respond as quickly as possible Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 9am to 6pm.

This change will allow the team to get through the ticket backlog so they can get to your enquiry as soon as possible.
