If you have a technical query, would like to pay your bill or need to top up your PAYG phone these can all be done simply online, via our free app MySure or by calling us on 0808 10 15 247 during the following times:
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 20:00
Friday: 08:30 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 18:00.
