Switch to Sure and save
If you’re an MT customer and want to avoid being impacted by MT’s latest price rise you can switch to Sure before the end of July without facing any MT contract charges**.
You can switch any of your mobile, broadband or home phone services to Sure and save. Alternatively, combine all three services with our Sure Big Bundle and save over £500*.
How to switch to Sure
All you need to do is pop in store from 1st May to 31st July with the following documents and we will get you set up with the services you require so you can start saving with Sure, its simple.
- Latest MT bill
- A bank statement or utility bill (within 3 months)
- Passport or driving licence.
- Bank account details

To receive the Big Bundle discount, you need to have Mobile, Broadband and Home Phone (only required on copper broadband) services with Sure on the same account. Minimum contractual terms of 24 months apply. *Save £531.84 vs MT over 2 years on our lowest priced bundle, a Sure Saver (1GB) Pay Monthly mobile plan with Standard Unlimited Broadband (up to 16Mbps) and Sure Home Phone. Other mobile and faster broadband services, including fibre also available. Nearest comparable MT bundle costs £76.16 per month (Essential Broadband £32.82, Basic Landline £23.34, SIM Only Smart Islander 1GB £20). Prices correct as at 01/05/2023. **Early contract termination fees are waived if your Broadband (xDSL), Home Phone or Mobile package price has increased and you switch before 31st July 2023. Each July, your monthly price will be reviewed and increased by an amount up to the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation.
