From Monday 18th May Sure will be re-opening its shops and you will need to make  an appointment if you wish to visit one of our stores.

 

It’s important you can shop safely, so we’ve been busy making sure we have strict social distancing measures in place to keep you and our team safe.

 

When shopping in store, we urge you to follow the Government’s social distancing guidelines and to shop responsibly.

  • re-signing  your contract
  • SIM card changes
  • lost SIM cards

 

From 18th May, due to the more limited number of customers we can serve in our stores, we will not be able to help with bill payments and queries or top ups in store. Please visit sure.com where you can:

 

  • pay your bill
  • log a query or fault ticket
  • top up your PAYG credit
  • order mobile, broadband and home phone
