Customer Support Centre Temporary Afternoon Closure Planned - Saturday 2nd May

Due to unprecedented volumes of queries and requests our teams have been extremely busy in recent weeks.  In order to try and catch up with our backlog of requests we are closing our support centre early on Saturday 2nd May so that the team can dedicate their time to dealing with the backlog of customer queries and requests. Therefore the opening hours for the 2nd of May will be 9am - 12pm. We will be back open as usual on Monday at 8am.  If your query is urgent please email  talk@sure.com.  We also ask that you avoid calling or emailing us multiple times regarding the same issue to help us keep waiting times to a minimum and avoid unnecessary delays in us responding to multiple requests
