From Thusday 21st May Sure will be re-opening its High Street shop and you will need to make an appointment if you wish to visit us.
It’s important you can shop safely, so we’ve been busy making sure we have strict social distancing measures in place to keep you and our team safe.
When shopping in store, we urge you to follow the Government’s social distancing guidelines and to shop responsibly.

From 21st May, due to the more limited number of customers we can serve in our stores, we will not be able to help with bill payments and queries or top ups in store. Please visit MySure where you can:
- pay your bill
- log a query or fault ticket
- top up your PAYG credit
- order mobile, broadband and home phone
