Sales Hotline: If you would like to purchase a new mobile phone, mobile broadband or to re-sign your contract please call our Sales Hotline on 01481 757780 which will be open 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday. Please have photo ID and proof of address to hand.

MySure: Register for MySure and log a query or fault ticket, pay your bill or top up with PAYG credit. Or, download the MySure app for free to manage your account from your phone.

You can view and pay bills, check data usage, minutes and text allowances or top up if you’re a pay as you go customer with MySure. Its easy to register. Before you start make sure you have the following:

  • If you're a Pay Monthly customer, have your most recent bill reference number and your account number to hand
  • If you're a Pay As You Go customer, all you need is your mobile number and we’ll text you a unique code for sign up
