As continued support for our customers we have introduced a number of initiatives to support the local community:

 

Free upgrade to our standard broadband service

Customers using our basic broadband can upgrade to standard broadband for free, doubling speeds from an average of 16 Mbps to 34 Mbps, until 30 June. Check availability and apply online at sure.com/faster. Check availability and apply online here. 

Free calls for Piper Lifeline and TAS Customers

Customers who use a Piper Lifeline service or who are on the Telephone Assistance Scheme (TAS) will have free landline calls 24 hours a day until 30 June.

Free calls to COVID-19 advice and support lines

Mobile and landline calls to the States of Guernsey’s COVID-19 advice lines 01481 756938 and 01481 756969 are free of charge. Calls to St John’s Caring Callers line 01481 720088 are also free.

Free Roaming boosters and discounted rates

Islanders who are unable to return from overseas due to the outbreak will be supported with free roaming boosters and discounted roaming rates ensuring they can stay in contact with family and friends in Guernsey. Customers should get in touch with us on +44 1481 700700 or contact@sure.com

Sure already includes free calls to local landlines every weekday from 6pm to 8am and all day on weekends (Friday 6pm to Monday 8am).
