What we do now and why. . .
Some of our
Business Long
Distance offerings,
our T1/Dedicated, Data, and Internet Services,
have entirely different associated
paperwork.
Further, depending on
the services you request,
you'll need some forms and not others.
Since we and our
carriers want to make
sure no one gets switched
without their permission
(an illegal practice called "slamming"),
many of these forms will
require your signature
and/or initials in
more than one place.
Some states
(like California,
for residential service changes)
additionally require independent
third party verification
that, indeed, you have
requested your long
distance service be
switched to one of
our carriers.

When you call
us at 1 800 576-1810
we discuss your service
needs then, if required, fax you the
appropriate paperwork.
You complete the
applications and fax
them back to us.
Completing the paperwork
usually takes about
15 to 20 minutes. If you have
questions about
anything on the
paperwork you can
call us nearly anytime
for assistance or advice.
When we receive your
paperwork we check
it for accuracy and
completeness and,
if everything is OK,
send it to our carriers.
Many of the
programs offered at sure.com
now feature secure
online sign-up.
